Offer and contract
Adoption is a personalised service and experience. It does not transfer ownership of a vine, grapes or land. A submitted form is a non-binding request. A contract forms only after our confirmation of availability, total price, delivery and payment.
Availability and prices
Regent in Mandach, Riesling-Silvaner in Mandach and Pinot Gris in Vogelsang are each limited to 100 active adoptions. Prices are in CHF and include VAT where legally owed. Shipping is additional and communicated before confirmation.
Worldwide delivery
Digital benefits are available worldwide. Physical materials depend on destination and are confirmed individually. Import duties, where applicable, are borne by the recipient unless agreed otherwise.
Wine
Wine is not sold through this website. If included as an adoption benefit, it is supplied only in Switzerland to purchaser and recipient aged 18 or over. International customers select a clearly described non-alcoholic alternative.
Personalisation, cancellation and law
Customers must provide correct data and permission for recipient details. Personalised items may not be cancellable once production starts. A request may be withdrawn before confirmation. Mandatory consumer and warranty rights remain. Swiss law applies, subject to mandatory foreign consumer protection.
